Partnering with Chiron
Complementary strengths.
A shared responsibility to the mission.
We welcome systems integrators and delivery partners who want to help agencies modernize the work of protecting children and supporting families.
Why work together
Individual modules.
Or the full suite.
Supporting your agency’s mission, at the scale you need.
Chiron is designed for delivery as individual modules, groups of modules or a full CCWIS suite. We welcome partners for both modular opportunities and comprehensive modernization, shaped around the agency’s priorities and intended outcomes.
Chiron develops the product and takes responsibility for its technical adaptation and delivery. We seek complementary relationships with partners who bring agency engagement, program coordination and organizational rollout expertise.
The starting point is a shared understanding of the opportunity, the agency’s constraints and the responsibilities each party can credibly take on.
Clear roles, connected delivery
Shape the responsibilities together.
Chiron’s product responsibility
Product development, technical adaptation and the engineering of the resulting solution. Technical scope and acceptance obligations are established for each engagement.
The partner’s complementary strengths
Agency relationships, opportunity development, program coordination, training and organizational change, according to the partner’s capabilities and the engagement model.
The agency’s direction
Policy interpretation, operating priorities, practitioner participation and acceptance decisions. The agency’s intended outcomes and constraints guide the work.
Joint planning
Agree delivery boundaries, dependencies, escalation and readiness criteria. Allocate integration, migration and ongoing support responsibilities explicitly, with technical accountability clear.
A practical first conversation
Start with fit.
Build a shared understanding.
Understand the context
Discuss the agency or market you serve, the modernization challenge and the outcomes being sought. A named procurement is helpful when one exists; an exploratory conversation can begin earlier.
Examine the opportunity
Consider the functional scope, agency variation, existing systems, procurement route, budget constraints and delivery expectations. Identify where the product approach fits and what needs further evaluation.
Agree a useful next step
Define the questions to resolve and the appropriate next discussion, walkthrough or scoped evaluation. Product readiness, technical detail and commercial arrangements belong in that specific conversation.
Questions partners may bring
Space for the right questions.
Can we partner on individual modules or the full suite?
Yes. Our delivery model is designed for individual modules, selected module groups or a full CCWIS suite. We welcome partner conversations on all three. An agency can prioritize specific capabilities or plan a comprehensive implementation, with phasing, integrations and delivery responsibilities aligned to its needs.
How do we explore agency-specific requirements?
We work with you and agency teams to understand how cases are handled today and what needs to improve. Through focused conversations and reviews of relevant policies, workflows and existing systems, we help identify where Chiron needs to adapt, how information should move between systems and which questions need an agency decision.
Together, we turn those findings into a clear implementation scope, with priorities and expected outcomes that practitioners can review. You bring the context; we help translate it into software shaped around the agency’s work.
What should we bring to an initial discussion?
Just bring your questions and an interest in exploring what might be possible. Whether you have a specific opportunity in mind or are simply getting to know Chiron, we’d love to hear from you.
There’s no need for a prepared brief or a finished set of requirements. Let’s start with an informal conversation about your interests and where we might help, with no obligation to take it further.
